Learn moreThe Barangay Healthcare Centralized Portal (BHCP) is a health assistance and records system for Barangay Rosario, Rodriguez, Rizal. It has two parts that share one secure database: a mobile app for residents and a desktop portal for barangay staff.
Staff accounts are created by the barangay. The portal is not open to the public. Barangay health workers sign in with the Staff login at the top of this page.

Android shows these notices for every app that is not from the Play Store. It is normal. Only download this app from this page or from a barangay official. Barangay staff can also help you install it.
We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Here is the short version.
Account details: name, email, phone number, address, birthdate and gender. Valid ID photo: to confirm you live in Barangay Rosario. Requests and health information: assistance requests with supporting documents, health concern reports, and health records entered by health workers (such as vaccinations and check-ups). Health information is sensitive personal information.
We use it only to verify residents, process assistance requests, monitor health concerns, send you notifications and keep barangay health records.
Only authorized barangay officials and health workers, and only what their role needs. Every staff action is written to an audit log. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Data is stored in a protected database on a commercial web hosting server located in Malaysia. Logins use passwords, email verification codes or Google sign-in. Records are kept while your account is active and as long as the barangay needs them for its health programs. The barangay decides how long each kind of record is kept, and you can ask us about it at any time.
When you register, you agree to this notice and the Terms of Use. We record the date and version you accepted. You have the right to know what we hold about you, to correct it, to object to its use, to ask that it be blocked or deleted, and to complain to the National Privacy Commission. Sending a request does not guarantee approval. Barangay officials review every request. Assistance of the same type may be refused or may need special approval if the same person received it recently. Giving false information or false documents may lead to rejection or suspension of your account.
This app does not give medical advice and is not an emergency service. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 911.
The app needs an internet connection and may be unavailable during maintenance. These terms and the privacy notice may change, and you will be asked to accept new versions. This is a capstone project made for Barangay Rosario and is not for commercial use.
